At TCO Fly Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
