These reels fit perfectly on 8wt and 9wt rods, which is great for most of the large fish applications. Whether you are targeting smallmouth bass, bonefish, permit, striper, redfish, false ablicore, this reel will stop them all in their tracks. The reel is in great shape, there are a few very minor marks on the reel from being fished but the drag functions perfectly and other than a few small scratches there is nothing wrong with this reel.
