Tungsten Hourglass Eyes are weighted fly tying components that add both weight and a realistic appearance to fly patterns.

For streamer patterns, Tungsten Hourglass Eyes can be used to add weight to the fly and to give it a jigging action when retrieved. Tie them in near the front of the fly to create a downward-facing profile, mimicking the natural swimming motion of baitfish. The added weight also helps to get the fly down to the depth where predatory fish are lurking.
